Our Service Agreement: What You Need to Know

To ensure you get the best possible cleaning experience, please take a moment to review our service guidelines. By understanding these points, you help us deliver exceptional results!

Minimum Service Charge: Please note there's a $150 minimum charge for any cleaning service we perform.

Preparing for Your Cleaning Service:

For us to clean effectively and efficiently, your space needs a bit of preparation.

Please ensure the following before our team arrives:

  • Clear the Floors: Remove all personal items from areas to be cleaned. This includes, but isn't limited to, clothing, toys, electronics, and paper products.

  • Secure Breakables: If furniture needs to be moved for cleaning, please remove any delicate or breakable items from it beforehand.

  • Pet Safety: For their safety and ours, please secure all family pets in an area away from where we'll be working.

  • Closet Access: We're happy to clean most closets that are part of the room being serviced. Just let us know which ones you'd like us to include.

  • Bed Frames: We can move bed frames. However, please remove the mattress and box spring from the room if you'd like the area underneath cleaned.

  • Preparation is Key: Your property must be prepared before our arrival. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or necessitate rescheduling your appointment.

Moving Out? Not During Cleaning: If you're moving out, please do not schedule a cleaning appointment during your active moving process. The property should be empty or mostly empty.

No Painting During Cleaning: Please do not schedule carpet cleaning if the carpeted areas are actively being painted or have wet paint.

Water Access: We require access to water on your property. If the property is vacant, please ensure the water supply is turned on.

After Your Carpet Cleaning: Drying & Safety Airflow is essential for effective drying! We can use floor fans to help speed up the process, but we strongly advise running your HVAC system fan to assist with proper air circulation. Ceiling fans and bathroom exhaust fans can also help.

Your carpets may be damp after cleaning, but you'll be able to walk on them immediately with clean shoes, socks, or bare feet. We will not leave any standing water behind. However, please exercise caution when walking from damp carpets onto any hard surface, as it may be slippery.

Payments: After your cleaning has been performed you will be emailed your invoice for the cleaning. You can pay the invoice easily online with a credit card. Payments can also be made at the time of your cleaning with cash or checks. Returned checks will be assessed a $25 service fee.

No-Show Policy:

No-shows will incur a $75 trip charge.
