What type of carpet cleaning do you provide?

We use a hot water extraction system, commonly referred to as “steam cleaning”, with our cleanings.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?

Drying time varies but usually takes between 4-8 hours. We recommend good ventilation and air circulation to speed up the drying process. We do offer an Assisted Drying add-on as well to help with this.

Can you remove all stains?

While we have professional-grade stain removal solutions, the success of removing any stain can not be guaranteed. Stain removal depends on the type of stain, how long it has been there, the type of carpet fiber and whether or not attempts to clean the stain have already been made. All of our cleaning options include any necessary stain treatments and are of no extra charge to you.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Yes! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. There are some instances where we will need to use stain treatments that should not be touched but we will go over these situations before any cleaning is performed and when necessary.
