Getting Ready For Your Cleaning

Please remember that our $150 minimum charge applies to any cleaning we perform.

Our goal is to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. In order to do that our service benefits from a properly prepared living space.

Please look over the checklist below to see if your home is ready.

- Personal items removed from the floors to be cleaned. This includes but is not limited to clothing, toys, electronics, paper products, etc.

- Breakables removed from furniture needing to be moved.

- Family pets secured

- Most closets are included with the room being cleaned if you would like these cleaned.

- Bed frames can be moved as long as the client removes the box spring and mattress from the room being cleaned.

- Please have the areas prepared before we arrive. Failure to do so may incur extra charges or may result in us having to reschedule your appointment.

- If you are moving out of your property, please do not schedule the appointment during the moving out process.

- Please do not schedule a carpet cleaning if the carpeted areas are rooms that are being painted.

- We will need water on at your property. Please make sure your water is on if the property is vacant.

- Finally, airflow is key in allowing the drying process to happen effectively. We can use floor fans to help speed up the drying process but it is advised to have your HVAC system fan running to assist in proper airflow. Ceiling fans and bathroom exhaust fans can assist in the movement of air as well. Your carpets may be damp after the cleaning but you will be able to walk on them with clean shoes, socks or bare feet. There will not be any standing water left behind but please take care when walking from wet carpets onto any hard surface as it may be slippery.
