What is the Odor Control cleaning?

Our Odor Control cleaning option is best suited for situations where pet accidents have happened or where other organic material such as food or vomit has affected the carpets. Any situation where there may be a malodor present will benefit. Our method of deodorization happens during the prespray phase as well as rinsing phase of the cleaning to ensure the best results.

What if my pet had an accident and the padding is affected?

If your carpet padding has been affected by pet urine we have a subsurface extraction process to help eliminate the urine present. We would need to see the affected area or areas first in order to properly assess the viability of this cleaning option.

Can all bad odors be removed?

Sadly no. In some cases the carpet or affected piece of upholstery may be too badly damaged by the malodor to guarantee complete removal. We are typically able to determine if this will be the case before any cleaning is performed. This is why properly assessing any cleaning we do is so important.
